The Transactions<\/strong> section in EasyCommerce allows you to view and manage all financial activities related to your store, including payments, refunds and adjustments. This page provides a clear overview of every transaction made by customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overview of Transactions Page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Transactions page displays a table containing all transaction records with useful details. At the top, you will find filters and search options to help you quickly locate specific transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transaction Filters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can filter transactions using the following tabs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • All<\/strong> \u2013 Displays all transaction types<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Payment<\/strong> \u2013 Shows only successful payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Refund<\/strong> \u2013 Displays refunded transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Adjustment<\/strong> \u2013 Shows manual or system adjustments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Each tab also shows the total number of records for that category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Search and Date Filter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Search Bar<\/strong>: Allows you to search transactions by customer name or transaction ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Date Range Picker<\/strong>: Filter transactions within a specific date range<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Transaction Table Columns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Each transaction entry includes the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Order ID<\/strong>
        Unique identifier for the order associated with the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Name<\/strong>
        Customer name who made the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Type<\/strong>
        Indicates the transaction type (e.g., Payment, Refund, Adjustment)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Amount<\/strong>
        Total amount involved in the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Transaction ID<\/strong>
        Payment gateway reference ID (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)\n

        • Includes a copy icon to quickly copy the ID<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Date<\/strong>
          Date and time when the transaction was completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
