This is the full list of what that covers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The short version<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We never see your customers, your orders, or your money. Order and product counts are shared as ranges like &#8220;11\u2013100&#8221;, never exact numbers. Everything we collect is about how the plugin itself is being used, so we know what to fix and what to build next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When anything is sent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only when you do one of these four things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Finish the setup wizard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the feedback form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request an integration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deactivate the plugin and fill in the short survey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no background reporting. Nothing is sent while you are simply running your store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your name, email, and site address.<\/strong> Sent whenever you submit something to us, so we can actually reply to you. This part is not optional &#8211; a bug report we cannot respond to helps nobody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your setup choices.<\/strong> Your business type, the store design you picked, which payment methods you turned on, which of our addons you installed, and your site language. This tells us which kinds of stores we are really serving, and which features are being ignored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How far you got.<\/strong> Whether you finished the wizard, set up payments, added a product, connected AI &#8211; and how long ago you installed. This is how we find the step where setup goes wrong for people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How big your store is, roughly.<\/strong> Product and order counts as ranges, and how recently the last order came in. It tells us whether someone is trying the plugin out or running a real business on it, which changes how we weigh their feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your theme and plugins.<\/strong> Which theme you use and which other plugins are active. Most bug reports turn out to be a conflict with something else installed, and this is what lets us reproduce the problem instead of guessing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your WordPress, PHP, and EasyCommerce versions.<\/strong> So we know which versions we still have to support, and which release a problem came from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AI usage.<\/strong> Your plan and how many credits you have used. Never your prompts or anything the AI generated for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we never collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer names, emails, addresses, or accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders, order contents, invoices, or refunds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue, profit, or any financial figure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your products, prices, descriptions, or images<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupon codes, tax settings, or shipping rates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment gateway keys or any credentials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passwords, your database, or your files<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anything typed by your shoppers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changing your mind<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you turn sharing off, we stop collecting everything above.
