For the first time, EasyCommerce now has a dedicated Reports section. No more guessing, no more digging through raw data. Every report page is visual, interactive, and built around how store owners actually think about their business – with live charts, location maps, and activity heatmaps all on one screen.
Here’s what’s inside the new Reports section:
- Overview: Your complete store snapshot – orders, revenue, refunds, subscriptions, top-selling products, and customer behaviour trends, all in one place.
- Orders: Track order volume over time, monitor completed vs. pending vs. refunded orders, review fulfilment progress, and see a daily heatmap of when orders come in.
- Revenue: See your gross revenue, average revenue per order and per customer, a revenue-over-time chart, a location breakdown, and a ranked list of your highest-spending customers.
- Customers: Understand your customer base – new vs. returning, lifetime value, average order value, a day-by-day activity heatmap, and a world map showing where your buyers are located.
- Products: Monitor live stock levels, gross sales, and refunds. See your most sold and least sold products side by side so you know exactly what to push and what to review.
- Subscriptions: Track active, new, and cancelled subscriptions over time. See your Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), which subscriptions are expiring soon, and recently cancelled ones, so you can act quickly.
- Single product deep-dive: Click into any individual product to see its full profile – sales broken down by variation, a map of where buyers are located, average star rating, and real customer reviews, all on one dedicated page.
Every report page also includes a ‘compare to previous period’ toggle, an export button on every section, and a world map showing where your activity is coming from.
More New Additions
Alongside the new Reports section, we’ve shipped several more features to make running your store easier day to day.
- AI stock predictions: Your dashboard now estimates how many days each product has before it runs out of stock. Reorder with confidence instead of guessing.
- Abandoned cart recovery: Improved the underlying logic for cart recovery emails. You can now also remove individual entries directly from the abandoned cart log.
- Test & live mode: You can now instantly switch your store between test mode and live mode directly from the admin bar, with a clear indicator always showing which mode you’re currently in.
- Filtered activity feed: A cleaner recent-activity login admin dashboard with per-type filters, so you can quickly zero in on orders, customers, or any specific event without scrolling through everything.
Enhancements & Fixes
We’ve also made targeted improvements to keep things running reliably across the board.
- Payment reliability: Improved stability and display for Square, Mollie, Braintree, and PayPal integrations.
- Refreshed admin interface: Updated sidebar icons and clearer fulfilment status colours make your dashboard easier to navigate at a glance.
