Why is it showing "No Shipping Methods Found" at checkout?
This might be because the shipping class wasn't configured properly. Here is a checklist to see if anything is out of order -
- Check if the shipping method is active.
- Select the right Calculation Base and configure the Method.
- Add all the necessary Regions (Country, State, City) are set.
- See if the order has met the minimum or maximum limits set in the method.

Why is my country not showing for the billing/shipping address at checkout?
This may be because the specific country isn’t listed. Check if the country you’re shipping to is listed in the Shipping Countries section of Settings > Shipping.
Why are tax classes not being applied to orders?
Go to Store > Settings >Taxation and check if the necessary tax countries are configured. Make sure to set the Rates (including Country, State, and City) for the tax class.

How do I detect abandoned carts?
Go to Store > Settings > Cart Recovery and set the delay timing in minutes. Now, if a cart is abandoned for the provided number of minutes, the information for that cart will show up on the EasyCommerce dashboard.
Why are all new orders set to pending?
The default status for new orders is Pending. You can change this from Store > Settings > Order.
How do I set a product thumbnail?
Select a product to edit and find the Image Gallery in the Basic Info section. Hover over one of the uploaded images and enable Set as Thumbnail. And click Save to apply that image as the product thumbnail.
Why aren't my reminders for abandoned carts being sent?
If your abandoned cart reminders aren’t being sent from the dashboard, go to Store > Settings > Cart Recovery, edit the email body, or leave it as is and click Save Settings.
