Thank you for choosing EasyCommerce. Refunds in EasyCommerce are subject to our add-ons only as our core plugin is completely free.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our WordPress plugin and its add-ons. However, if you decide not to use it, please note that we offer a comprehensive refund policy. Please review the following refund policy for EasyCommerce add-on purchases.

Every refund request should be made to our support team by raising a ‘Support Ticket’. We will review your request and attempt to resolve the issue. We will prioritize investigating any technical limitations, errors, or mismatches within our plugin.

However, issues related to website or hosting incompatibility will also be considered after discussion. We kindly request your full cooperation during this process. If a solution is not found, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You encounter technical issues with the plugin that prevent it from functioning as described, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
  • Despite following all installation and usage instructions, the plugin fails to perform advertised features or functions.
  • A refund request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase and activation.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Issues arise from conflicts with third-party themes, plugins, or custom code unrelated to EasyCommerce.
  • Failure to follow installation or setup instructions.
  • Changes in your business needs or requirements after purchase.

Requesting a Refund

Refunds will not be provided in general if:

  • A refund request is made after the 30-day refund window.
  • The plugin is no longer in use or has been removed without contacting support for assistance.
  • Issues result from server or hosting-related problems beyond EasyCommerce’s control.
  • If the plugin works but is not compatible with any other plugin, custom code, or theme that is not listed/tested with the plugin we mentioned on the plugin page.
  • If you say things like – “It doesn’t fit my requirement”, “it’s not a solution I am looking for”, or “It’s not what I thought it was.”
  • You ask for a feature that has not been promoted or mentioned on our sites. Because we have clearly stated the features our plugins have to offer on our website pages.
  • If you tell us that you made a ‘mistake’ when ordering or changed your mind after ordering.
  • If you do not have sufficient expertise to use the plugin.
  • You refused to provide our support staff access to your websites to investigate the issues you are having with our product.
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide enough information as to why you are entitled.
  • You use an older version of WordPress, or PHP that may not be compatible with our plugin.
  • You are having an issue with a free feature or asking for a feature that was not promoted or offered on a free widget.
  • If you try tempering our plugins like changing its code or something.
  • If you make any change in the WordPress core.
