Points and Rewards
To use the Points and Rewards feature in your EasyCommerce-powered store, you will need to activate and configure it first. Just follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Activate the Addon
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- From the left menubar, Go to EasyCommerce > Addons section and click “Enable” under the Points and Rewards addon.
- When installing for the first time, EasyCommerce will ask for a license key to install and activate the addon. Provide it.

Step 2: Configure Points and Rewards Settings
- Go back to the WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Store >> Settings >> Points and Rewards tab.
- Enable the feature Points and Rewards, Order Completed by turning on the toggle switch.
Now you need to configure the addon for its events, such as:
- Points Percentage for Order Completed: Compared to the total order value.
- Point to Currency Conversion Rate: Point-to-currency ratio determines the value of each point. For example, 1.01 means every point equals $(your preferred currency type)1.01 when redeemed.
- When done setting up, click on ‘Save Settings’ to store the changes.
