Points and Rewards
To use the Points and Rewards feature in your EasyCommerce-powered store, you will need to activate and configure it first. Just follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Activate the Addon
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- From the left menubar, go to EasyCommerce >> Addons.
- Find Points and Rewards in the list and click the Activate button.
Step 2: Configure Points and Rewards Settings
- Go back to the WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Store >> Settings >> Points and Rewards tab.
- Enable the feature by turning on the toggle switch.
Step 3: Configure Points and Rewards Settings
Now you need to configure the addon for its events, such as:
- Percentage of Points: Compared to the total order value.
- Point to Currency Conversion Rate: Point-to-currency ratio determines the value of each point. For example, 1.01 means every point equals $(your preferred currency type)1.01 when redeemed.
When done setting up, click on ‘Save Settings’ to store the changes.
