How to Use the EasyCommerce Dashboard
The EasyCommerce dashboard provides a comprehensive and intuitive overview of all your business activities.
It consists of stats., graphs, and lists showing sales, refunds, and customer-associated summaries. Every time there are changes to these metrics, you get to see the updated figures upon refreshing the dashboard.
Read along to learn about each of the sections and how they can help you automate your workflow.
Quick Stats
The stats section is the first thing you’re greeted with when you go to Store > Dashboard from your WordPress. It’s designed to give you a full overview of your sales, profits, refunds, customers, number of orders, and products sold.
You can filter this based on a specific time frame from the dropdown menu at the top of the stats section.
Order Status
This section shows a pie chart to display how many orders have payments fulfilled and how many are still unfulfilled or pending.
Recent Sales
Recent sales is a chart that shows your sales and refund count/amount for a specific time frame. This feature helps you visualize the peak seasons for your products so that promotions and sales can be run accordingly.
Abandoned Carts
The abandoned carts section is thoughtfully designed to monitor and track shopping carts that potential customers have left behind. So, each time a visitor adds a product to their cart and leaves without finishing that purchase, that order will automatically be displayed in this section.
Each abandoned cart entity includes the customer’s name, email address, the number of products added to the cart, and the total price of the order.
This feature is designed intuitively to send an email to the respective customer, reminding them about their abandoned carts. Once you click the Remind button, the email is instantly sent to their email inbox, and the number of reminders you have sent will also be updated in this section.
Check out our documentation on Cart Recovery Settings to learn how to set an abandoned cart email.
Latest Orders
The latest orders section shows you each new order, as soon as it registers on your shop. Each of the orders includes basic information, including its status.
Click View next to each order to be redirected to the individual page with detailed information about the order.
Top Selling Products

You can set a Low Stock Limit for each product from the Products page. Check out our documentation on How to Create a Product to learn more.
