EasyCommerce Smart Search enhances your store’s search functionality by delivering more accurate results. Instead of relying on the default search, Smart Search instantly suggests relevant products helping them quickly find what they’re looking for.
Before setting up Smart Search, you need to connect your store with EasyCommerce using an API key.
Here are the steps to set up Smart Search:
- Go to EasyCommerce Store > Settings > AI.
- Find the Smart Search option.
- Enable it by selecting Yes, then click Save Settings.
- Navigate to the Shop page and test the feature.
- Search with a misspelled word, like “Bhair” instead of “Chair”. Smart Search will still detect the product and display chairs.
- Search with “Klock” instead of “Clock”. The system will recognize it and show clocks in the results.
With just a few clicks, your store search becomes smarter, faster, and more effective.
